Structural design and engineering structures: fee and site in the same project.
Structural design under § 51 HOAI (the German fee scale for architects and engineers) or engineering structures under § 43, cost group 300 as the basis. Structify brings structural fee, construction supervision and invoices into one project.
Five places where time is lost today.
Site documentation
TodayReinforcement inspection and site visit noted on the notepad, transferred to a Word document later.
With StructifyYou dictate the site inspection on site, even without signal. Structify recognizes defects, tasks, rooms and trades and turns them into a structured report as a PDF; every suggestion stays labeled and correctable.

TodayProofs, queries from the checking engineer and open points distributed by shout across the office.
With StructifyEvery task is a ticket with responsibility, deadline and status, pinned on the drawing if you wish. You invite external parties to the ticket via a guest link; they take no user seat.
Go to module: Defect managementScheduling
TodayDrawing delivery deadlines in MS Project or an Excel list, separate from the building designer's schedule.
With StructifyThe construction schedule shows activities per trade with the critical path, tickets carry deadlines in calendar and bar chart, and the dashboard lists the deadlines of the next 14 days, in the same project as defects and reports.
Go to module: See StructifyCost control
TodayHours per project in Excel, fee status in Word, coverage only visible in the final invoice.
With StructifyCost states under DIN 276 from the cost estimate (service phase 2) to the production costs (service phase 8), hours worked per service phase against the target fee with coverage ratio and traffic light, plus an early warning per project.
Go to module: See StructifyInvoices
TodayInterim invoices derived from the fee table in Excel and set in Word.
With StructifyInterim and final invoices come out of the project: fee per service phase by the percentage delivered, deduction of earlier interim payments, ancillary costs as a flat rate or itemized, output as a PDF.
Go to module: HOAI fees
Service profile, phases, cost groups.
Structify for civil engineers is the same software as for everyone who plans and builds, seen from structural design (§ 51 HOAI, fee table § 52, service phases 1 to 6) and engineering structures (§ 43 HOAI, fee table § 44, service phases 1 to 9): fee under HOAI 2021 from the chargeable costs of cost group 300 under DIN 276, plus site inspection, tickets, construction schedule, cost control and invoices in the same project.
- Service profile
- Structural design (§ 51 HOAI, fee table § 52) or engineering structures (§ 43 HOAI, fee table § 44), each with fee zones I to V.
- Service phases
- Structural design covers service phases 1 to 6 (basic evaluation to preparation of contract award) with its own percentages, engineering structures cover service phases 1 to 9. Structify calculates with the percentages of the respective service profile.
- Cost groups under DIN 276
- Chargeable costs mainly from cost group 300 (building, structural works) under DIN 276; Structify filters the cost groups per service profile.
- HOAI fees Fee tables § 44 and § 52, Section 13 interpolation, invoices from the project.
- Site inspection Site visit spoken, findings with photo and location on the drawing.
- Defect management Open points as tickets with responsibility, deadline and status.
One project, three sentences.
An engineering practice takes on the structural design for a warehouse, fee zone II, service phases 1 to 6. The chargeable costs come from cost group 300 of the cost calculation, Structify interpolates the fee under Section 13 and spreads it across the six phases. Reinforcement inspections are dictated on site and end up as report and tickets in the same project as the interim invoice.
Sample, not a customer project.
Civil engineers: briefly answered.
Yes, as HOAI does in § 51: the basic services of structural design are grouped into six service phases. Engineering structures under § 43 are calculated across service phases 1 to 9.
Structify suggests the matching cost groups under DIN 276 per service profile; you check the assignment on the project. The basis remains the cost calculation, or the cost estimate as a fallback.
Yes. Tickets carry a position on the uploaded drawing and hold photos.
