From preliminary design to post-completion support in one project.
Buildings and interiors under § 34 HOAI (the German fee scale for architects and engineers): nine service phases, fee by fee table § 35, cost groups 300 and 400. Structify keeps site inspection, tasks, schedule, costs and invoices together in the same project.
Five places where time is lost today.
Site documentation
TodayNotes on the notepad, typed into a Word document in the evening, photos next to it in a folder.
With StructifyYou dictate the site inspection on site, even without signal. Structify recognizes defects, tasks, rooms and trades and turns them into a structured report as a PDF; every suggestion stays labeled and correctable.
Go to module: Site inspectionTask management
TodayTasks by shout across the office, sticky notes on the monitor, phone calls to check who does what by when.
With StructifyEvery task is a ticket with responsibility, deadline and status, pinned on the drawing if you wish. You invite external parties to the ticket via a guest link; they take no user seat.
Go to module: Defect managementScheduling
TodayDates in MS Project or in an Excel sheet that sits next to the project and is updated by hand.
With StructifyThe construction schedule shows activities per trade with the critical path, tickets carry deadlines in calendar and bar chart, and the dashboard lists the deadlines of the next 14 days, in the same project as defects and reports.
Go to module: See StructifyCost control
TodayCosts and hours in Excel, reports in Word, often only once the project is already tipping.
With StructifyCost states under DIN 276 from the cost estimate (service phase 2) to the production costs (service phase 8), hours worked per service phase against the target fee with coverage ratio and traffic light, plus an early warning per project.
Go to module: See StructifyInvoices
TodayInterim invoices calculated in Excel, written in Word, payment status in a third file.
With StructifyInterim and final invoices come out of the project: fee per service phase by the percentage delivered, deduction of earlier interim payments, ancillary costs as a flat rate or itemized, output as a PDF.
Go to module: HOAI fees
Service profile, phases, cost groups.
Structify for architects is the same software as for everyone who plans and builds, seen from the service profile buildings and interiors (§ 34 HOAI): fee under HOAI 2021 for service phases 1 to 9, chargeable costs from cost groups 300 and 400 under DIN 276, conversion surcharge as a percentage, plus site inspection, tickets, construction schedule, cost control and invoices in the same project.
- Service profile
- Buildings and interiors (§ 34 HOAI, fee table § 35, fee zones I to V).
- Service phases
- Service phases 1 to 9: basic evaluation, preliminary design, design, approval planning, execution planning, preparation of contract award, assisting the award process, construction supervision, post-completion support. Structify calculates each phase with the HOAI percentage; for conversion and modernization with the surcharge your practice sets.
- Cost groups under DIN 276
- Chargeable costs from cost group 300 (building, structural works) and 400 (building, technical systems) under DIN 276; the cost states accompany the project from the cost estimate to the production costs.
- HOAI fees Section 13 interpolation, service phases 1 to 9, interim and final invoice.
- Site inspection Spoken on site, structured in the office, defects and tasks as tickets.
- Tendering & award (AVA) Bill of quantities, GAEB exchange and bid comparison for service phases 6 and 7.
One project, three sentences.
An architecture practice plans the conversion of an office building, fee zone III, service phases 1 to 8, with conversion surcharge. The cost calculation under DIN 276 provides the chargeable costs, Structify interpolates the fee under Section 13 and spreads it across the phases. In service phase 8, inspection reports, defect tickets and the interim invoice come out of the same project.
Sample, not a customer project.
Architects: briefly answered.
Buildings and interiors under § 34 HOAI with fee table § 35 and fee zones I to V; in addition open spaces, engineering structures, traffic facilities, structural design and building services.
As a percentage your practice sets per project; HOAI § 6 para. 2 allows up to 33 percent. Structify neither presets nor invents a rate.
Yes. Site inspection, tickets, site diary, construction schedule, cost states and invoices share the same project context.
Yes, as a flat rate or by time with hourly rate and hours; they run separately from the fee table.
