    What we're building

    Three things it will do.

    • Versioned guideline status. Every file knows the version of the funding guideline it was created under. Changes are tracked, not overwritten.
    • Deadline monitor. Application, evidence and usage deadlines run as dates with escalation, not as a note in the margin.
    • Gap-free record. Records, photos and reports from Desktop and Mobile land in the file with versions, exportable as an audit package.

    Ledger uses the projects, records and reports from Structify Desktop and Mobile: the funding file grows out of existing data, not out of a second system.
