The team behind Structify
Structify grew out of daily work in design and construction, not at the drawing board. Its two managing directors combine commercial management with hands-on construction and product experience.

Managing Director (Commercial)Responsible for finance, cost control and company structure, and as a developer he also helps build the platform's AI architecture.
Felix König
Managing Director (Technical)Technical product direction and validation in practice, previously technical lead at a design firm. Brings the reality of the site into the product.
Our mission & vision
Building is teamwork. The path to it should be too. We built Structify because we needed the solution ourselves: separate worlds of Excel, email and binders, brought together into one continuous, AI-native path.
We don't model the building. We structure the path that leads to it. With respect for HOAI (the German fee scale for architects and engineers), VOB (the German procurement and contract rules for construction works) and the reality on site. AI is the foundation here, not a magic word: every result stays traceable, correctable and labeled.
