Data protection
Personal data is processed under the General Data Protection Regulation. Data processing agreements (Article 28 GDPR) with all service providers.
Hosted in Germany
Application data is held on servers in Germany and therefore in the EU; the website is delivered from servers we manage ourselves in the Nuremberg data centre (Germany).
No training on your data
Your content is processed only for your project and is not used to train models. This is contractually agreed with all providers that analyze content automatically; strict purpose limitation applies.
Transparency
Suggestions are labeled, correctable and traceable to the original. How Structify labels automatically generated content is set out in the transparency statement.
Traceability
Changes to documents and tickets stay traceable. For Structify Operate, an audit export is planned that documents tax-relevant records under GoBD (the German principles for proper electronic bookkeeping and records).
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS. The database is stored on an encrypted volume and our own backup copies are encrypted before storage; stored files and the hosting provider's daily server images are kept in data centres in Germany without additional encryption (details in our privacy policy). Access is limited to what is necessary and is logged.

Structify is developed by Structify Solutions UG in Berg, Bavaria. Hosting and storage take place in Germany. For the automatic analysis of speech, text and images we use processors in the USA, based on the safeguards under Chapter V GDPR and disclosed in the privacy policy.
