No AI training on your data
It is contractually agreed with all AI providers that your content is not used to train AI models. Strict purpose limitation applies.
AI transparency (Article 50)
AI-generated content is labeled, correctable and traceable. Before every AI interaction, we point out the AI system, in line with the EU AI Act.
Audit-proof & GoBD
Documents are kept complete, tamper-proof and traceable. Structify Operate meets the requirements of GoBD (the German principles for proper electronic bookkeeping and records) for tax-relevant records.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS, and stored data is encrypted at rest. Access is limited to what is necessary and is logged.

Structify is developed by Structify Solutions UG in Berg, Bavaria. Application data stays in the EU; for individual AI processing steps, the necessary content is transferred to specialized providers, based on the safeguards under Chapter V GDPR and disclosed transparently.
