    The protection of your data is important to us. This policy informs you, in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), about the nature, scope, and purpose of the data processing on structify.solutions.

    2. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

    When you visit our website, information about your browser is automatically sent to our server (so-called server log files). This includes the IP address, date and time of the request, time zone difference, content of the request, access status, volume of data, referrer URL, and user agent. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website). The data is automatically deleted after 14 days.

    3. Cookies and Tracking

    On this website, we use exclusively technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the site (e.g. to store that you have already acknowledged the cookie notice). We do not use tracking cookies, analytics tools, or marketing pixels. Since only technically necessary cookies are used, no consent is required for this. Legal basis: § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG.

    4. Demo Request

    When you request a product demo via our website, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, company, and, where applicable, your details regarding your interest) for the purpose of getting in touch, preparing and conducting the demo, as well as managing your request in our customer relationship management system (CRM). The data is stored until your request has been conclusively processed or until you object. You may object at any time informally by e-mail to info@structify.solutions. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures) as well as (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in managing prospective-customer requests).

    5. Contact Form and E-mail Inquiries

    When you contact us via the contact form or by e-mail, we process your details (name, e-mail, company, message) in order to handle your inquiry. The data is deleted after your inquiry has been conclusively processed, unless statutory retention periods prevent this (as a rule, after 6 months). Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

    6. Hosting

    This website is operated by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA, and delivered via their data center location in Frankfurt am Main (EU). A data processing agreement in accordance with Article 28 GDPR is in place with Vercel. When the website is accessed, technically necessary server log data (in particular IP address, time, requested resource) is processed. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and stable operation).

    For the application data of our products, we use Supabase with servers in the European Union; here too, a data processing agreement in accordance with Article 28 GDPR is in place. Support or corporate-group access from the USA cannot be ruled out; the safeguards under Chapter V GDPR apply in this respect.

    6a. Data Transfer to Third Countries

    Vercel Inc. is based in the USA. A transfer of personal data to the USA can therefore not be ruled out. The transfer is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission pursuant to Article 46(2)(c) GDPR as well as supplementary safeguards. This website is delivered via the EU location Frankfurt am Main.

    7. E-mail Communication

    For sending and receiving e-mail, we use the SMTP infrastructure of IONOS SE with servers in Germany. Here too, a data processing agreement in accordance with Article 28 GDPR is in place.

    7a. AI Voice Assistant "Kai"

    On this website, you can voluntarily hold a voice conversation with our AI assistant "Kai". Kai is an AI system, not a human. The conversation only starts after your explicit consent in the conversation window. During the conversation, your voice data is transmitted in real time to ElevenLabs (USA) and processed there to conduct the conversation (legal basis: your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; transfer to the USA on the basis of the safeguards under Chapter V GDPR). You can end the conversation at any time; the processing then ends. If you do not use the assistant, no voice data is processed.

    8. Your Rights

    You have the right at any time to:

    • Information about the data stored about you (Article 15 GDPR)
